Language Lab

The English language Lab supports classroom engagement and interaction through computer-based exercises and activities through real-life situations to enhance the proficiency in language skills i.e. Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing (LSRW). The lab also facilitates varied language experiences apart from the conventional teaching and learning of English language communication skills through pronunciation drills, grammar exercises, listening tasks providing authentic materials for exposing students to various features of the English language. The lab is using the open-source software and applications installed in mobiles and computers. The facilities of the Language Lab are extensively used by First and second Year Engineering Students as part of their subjects like "English" and "Effective Technical Communication." The main objective of the Language Lab is to facilitate independent language learning under the supervision of qualified teachers.

Physics Lab

Physics is one of the most important core science subject for engineering students that provides a deep understanding of the science behind Engineering. The laboratory of Physics is developed in such a way that it is possible to offer the experiments to the students according to their branch. The laboratory of Physics is equipped with a large number of experimental setups. The ultrasonic interferometer, laser wavelength measurement set up, Thermo-emf measurement assembly, Joule's Law verification apparatus, Setups for Young's modulus and modulus of rigidity, electricity lab trainer, ultrasonic cleaner are the major equipment available in the laboratory. In the Physics laboratory, the students always get the knowledge of each of the topics using learning by doing the technique. The expansion of the Variety of equipment is from basic assembling kits to the latest automated devices. Enhancement in knowledge and developing of skills are made possible through measurement of physical quantities, verifications of scientific laws, testing the properties of materials etc. The development of the laboratory to provide cutting edge research facility and workspace for innovative projects is on the way and will be available for the students soon.
